Slidematico provides an AI-powered presentation creation tool that generates slide decks based on user-provided prompts and topics. The Service includes a web-based editor, export functionality (PowerPoint and PDF), account management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others
• Generate presentations containing hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the presentations generated for you through the Service. By using Slidematico, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the prompts and content you submit, and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We do not use your presentation content to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Slidematico uses artificial intelligence to generate presentation content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
• You should not rely on AI-generated presentations for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification

7. Intellectual Property

The Slidematico name, logo, website design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The design templates provided by Slidematico are licensed to you for use within the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or other proprietary materials outside of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Slidematico integrates with third-party services including Google AdSense (for advertising) and Supabase (for authentication and data storage). Your use of the Service is subject to those third parties' applicable terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDEMATICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
